Shipping Policy
Our current turnaround time on orders is 2-3 weeks and 1 week on 'ready to ship' orders, both with free delivery when you spend over £200 for UK orders and £500 for international. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders and DHL for international orders to ensure that your purchase arrives safely and securely. We take pride in packaging your purchase with the utmost care and in fully recyclable packaging. Return & Exchange Policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their jewellery purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy on non-bespoke UK items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns from international orders.
In addition, we offer free repairs for 12 months after purchase. If your jewellery needs any repair due to manufacturer defects, please send it back to us and we'll fix it for you free of charge. After the 12 month period, a fee will be incurred that will be arranged upon consultation.
