Dendritic Agate is a variety of Agate which is a naturally formed gemstone that can be found in a variety of colours and is often created within volcanic rock. An agate is classified as dendritic when it has these tree like branches within its structure - this is formed when a solution rich in iron oxide or manganese seep into small fissures in rock and get trapped with agate minerals so over many years these unique tree like whimsical patterns are formed. Each structure is from the earth and truly one of a kind - then once it has been unearthed it undergoes shaping and polishing to bring out its natural beauty!

To keep your jewellery in it's best condition, please store in an airtight container and prevent it coming into contact with any chemicals or body creams that may interact with the surface of the metal.
Precious metal cleaning cloths can be purchased from our website and are reusable to keep metal looking fresh and prevent tarnishing.
